REGISTRATION 

Girls not registered in the spring must be registered by October 15, 2009. Please contact Irene Riggilo for information.

Registration fee provides insurance for each Girl Scout.

Registration is required to participate in Scamper.

The meeting dates are determined by each Troop, below are the dates we have given to Sears school and the Kenilworth Club to secure meeting rooms, we will let you know meeting rooms once we are informed.

January- Scamper rehearsals, Cookie Sales,

February- 5 (Scamper), 8, 22,

March- 1 (Thinking day), 8, 15, 22 

April- 5, 12, 19, 26  

May- 3, 10, 21(Clean up day), 23 (Memorial parade) June-7

SCHEDULE FOR THE YEAR

• Scamper Rehearsals begin- Monday, January 4, 1010 - after school and lunch practices. Important! Please advise your Scamper leaders, they must have Girl Scout training to be Scamper coordinators, without training certificates they may not hold practices with the girls.  (Schedule TBA)
• Cookie Sales- begin early January.  Cookie Forms are due to the Cookie Chairs on date given by council, no exceptions!
• Scamper Feb 5, 2010 (Sears Auditorium) This Years Scamper Chairman is Kris Fishman. This years Co-chairman is Lisa Lucenti. Scamper Parties- 3-6 grade parties on site (must have parent chaperone at all times), 6-8 at private homes after performance.
• Kenilworth International Friendship (“Thinking”) Day Monday, March 1, 20010 (Kenilworth Club) Run by the 6^th grade troop; for grades 3 through 6.
• Dad/Daughter Dance Wednesday, February 24, 2010 7:00 Kenilworth Club   
• Scout Pancake Breakfast Saturday, March 6, 2010 (Kenilworth Club) Thanks to this years chair Catherine Caravette.
• Kenilworth Clean-up on Saturday, May 21, 2010 (Village Hall) Meet at 9:00 a.m. For those who cannot make it to the Saturday commitment.
• Memorial Day parade, Sunday, May 23, 2010 Mandatory Scouting Event (Line up for parade on the 300 block of Warwick, full uniform required) 1:45 p.m.
